The working principle and function of the sealing strip foaming machine in the chassis and cabinet

　　With the increasing attention paid to the sealing of chassis and cabinets,in recent years,people have developed and produced a sealing strip foaming machine to address the sealing problem of chassis and cabinets.It uses a CNC computer to set values for control,and by directly inputting the required dimensions or graphics into the computer,specialized sealing strips can be directly produced.Computer controlled X-Y 2D or X-Y-Z 3D automated operations can completely replace manual placement of stamping,cutting,sealing,extrusion molding,and molding sealing rings.

　　The automatic pouring molding machine for sealing strips mixes two component polyurethane raw materials and pours them into the set position or groove cavity,in the mold or directly onto the plane of the workpiece.Through chemical reaction foaming,it transforms from a liquid to an elastic sealing gasket.The sealing gasket formed by on-site foaming will form an outer layer of skin without any cracks during aging,which has better dustproof sealing function and can form ideal adhesion with the product surface.Therefore,there is no need for specialized manual adhesive bonding and assembly of sealing strips.
